It’s Children’s Mental Health week, so today I’m discussing how the pandemic has affected young people’s mental health with Alison Knowles. Alison is an emotional therapist and the creator of the Ollie Model to build the resilience and wellbeing of children.
During the past 2 years almost every aspect of our lives has changed – work, school, socialising, shopping and so many other things. We haven’t known what tomorrow is going to bring and as a result anxiety has increased.
