Ensuring effective provision mapping within your setting
Provision mapping plays a crucial role in promoting inclusive education, ensuring legal compliance, fostering collaboration and enabling student progress. Ensuring provision mapping is effective is key to supporting the academic and holistic development of students with SEND.
Drawing on his experience of 10 years as a SENDCO and 6 years as a MAT leader for SEND, Simon Tanner demonstrates how to effectively capture all interventions being completed in your setting along with the impact they have. This will maximise your evidence for supporting need through recording of the graduated response. It will also allow strategic oversight of your SEND department to support future CPD needs.
