This SENDcast Session will be pre-recorded and available to view from 26th April 2024
SENCO action planning – where to start when the issues seem so big
There are many reasons that SENCOs feel overwhelmed in their roles. Perhaps you are having a particularly difficult year with lots of staff changes. Or you are a brand new SENCO with no one to ask. Maybe you are experienced, but new to a school and your predecessor did not exactly leave everything in a way that you could just pick up where they left off…
There are so many different contexts that can leave you drowning in paper and endlessly chasing your tail! Author and Educational Consultant, Lynn How explains how you can tackle your school issues in a sensible and systematic order, even when your anxiety bucket is almost at the top!
