Managing school based anxiety and emotionally based school avoidance
There has been a massive increase in mental illness in the school population, much of which relates to increased levels of anxiety post-covid.
Sarah-Jane Critchley identifies who the most vulnerable pupils are, what things make children anxious in school, and how you can recognise and reduce them to a manageable level (where possible) – so pupils don’t end up being too anxious to attend.
This training session will help you to recognise anxiety in school and implement strategies to improve pupils’ wellbeing.
This session was originally presented under our previous brand Training for Education
