About Apple Podcast transcripts
This spring, Apple introduced transcripts on Apple Podcasts, making it easier for anyone to access podcasts.
With transcripts, you can read the full text of an episode and search the episode for a specific word or phrase. In the near future you will be able to tap the text to play from that point in the episode and as an episode plays, each word will be highlighted, making it easy to follow along.
We are delighted that our free content is now accessible for all. This is fantastic news for the deaf and hard of hearing community.

How to view the transcripts
Transcripts are available with iOS 17.4 so make sure you have updated your iPhone/iPad!
Once updated follow the below easy steps:
- Open the Apple Podcast app
- Select the podcast episode
- Select the 3 dots at the top right
- Click ‘View Transcript’
As Apple automatically generate the transcripts, please note there may be minor text/spelling errors.
